Insurance
I am an "out-of network" insurance provider. I will give you monthly statements that you may choose to submit for your out-of-network coverage. When speaking with your insurance company about out-of-network coverage, consider asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Reduced Fee/Sliding Scale
Reduced fee/sliding scale services are available for a select number of patients with financial need. We will discuss this during our initial session.

Payment
Cash is only accepted. Payment is due at the end of each session.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
